What You’ll Do:
* Manage end-to-end mortgage applications and specialist mortgage admin tasks
* Coordinate communication between solicitors, lenders, and other third parties
* Support advisers with documentation and case handling
* Mentor and assist junior admin staff
* Deliver outstanding customer service throughout the process
* Oversee instruction and management of valuations
What We’re Looking For:
* Proven experience as a Mortgage Administrator or Paraplanner
* Familiarity with mortgage systems like Trigold (or similar)
* Experience liaising with solicitors, lenders, and other stakeholders
* Life insurance knowledge is a plus
* A proactive, customer-focused approach with strong attention to detail
* Eager to grow and develop within a thriving business
