Customer Service Executive
Permanent Role
Location - Ascot
Salary – £25 - 30,000 DOE
Hours – Monday to Friday 9am – 5pm
My client, based in Ascot, are looking for a Customer Service Executive to join their small friendly team. This is a fast-paced role which is an integral part the business. The company has a family feel to it, with its furnished office set in a lovely small village.
Role duties:
* Dealing with customer enquiries via phone
* Processing enquiries via Zen Desk and other online platforms
* Processing orders in Sage
* Stock management
* Dealing with complaints
* Arranging returns, exchanges and refunds
* General office duties – such as dealing with the incoming and outgoing post, ordering office supplies
* Helping colleagues with workload during busy periods
Essential criteria:
* Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
* Experience in customer service and order entry
* Proactive approach
* You can work independently
* Team player
* Friendly and calm manner
* Organised
* Reliable
* Fluent in English
Desirable:
* Experience in working for a consumer electronics company
* Experience with Amazon Vendor Central, SAGE and/or Zen Desk
* Other language skills
