We're currently recruiting for an IT Support Technician to join a busy education setting in Ipswich on a 4–6 week temporary contract. This is an on-site role, and you will be required to pass an enhanced DBS check. Key Responsibilities: Provide 1st & 2nd line technical support to staff and students Troubleshoot hardware, software, and network issues Set up and maintain IT equipment (PCs, printers, AV equipment, etc.) Support classroom technology and resolve day-to-day IT queries Escalate issues where necessary and maintain accurate support records Experience Required: Previous experience in an IT support or technician role Good knowledge of Windows operating systems and general hardware/software troubleshooting Strong communication and problem-solving skills Experience working in an education environment (desirable but not essential) If you’re available immediately and ready to support a dynamic education team, apply now...
