From their busy Wolverhampton branch, they provide a wide variety of industry-leading solutions, including specialist fixings, sealants, PPE, janitorial supplies, and diamond blades. Their hire division covers everything from plant and tool hire to portable toilets, non-mechanical equipment, and complete site welfare services.
The Role
We are seeking a confident and motivated Hire Desk Controller to join a busy Wolverhampton branch. This is an excellent opportunity to build a long-term career with full training provided. In this role, you'll be the first point of contact for customers, offering top-notch advice and support for their hire and sales enquiries.
Key Responsibilities:
Handle incoming enquiries and provide accurate pricing and equipment information
Prepare quotations in collaboration with the Hire Manager
Open and close hire contracts using the Insphire Hire System (training provided)
Upsell relevant hire services and products to customers
Place supplier orders for parts and consumables
