The Role: Coaching the Next Generation
Based in Darlington, this hands‑on role involves delivering training and assessment in metal fabrication, helping apprentices develop the knowledge, skills and behaviours required to succeed in the industry.
Delivery
Delivery: Deliver and coordinate the successful completion of all aspects of metal fabrication qualifications.
Mentorship
Mentorship: Provide hands‑on coaching and technical guidance to learners in the training centre.
Focus
Focus: Training apprentices in line with relevant awarding body standards.
Environment

Essential Requirements (Your Experience is Your Qualification!)
* Occupational Experience: Minimum 5 years' relevant occupational experience within Metal Fabrication
* Technical Qualification: A relevant metal fabrication qualification and/or valid Skill Card
* Soft Skills: Good communication, presentation skills, and the ability to adapt to a dynamic, rewarding environment.
* Compliance: This position is subject to Enhanced DBS clearance.
