Job Summary
We are seeking a highly organised and detail-oriented Office Administrator to join our team. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our office by providing administrative support and managing various clerical tasks. Responsibilities
* Manage daily office operations, ensuring a welcoming and efficient environment
* Handle incoming calls with professionalism and courtesy, directing them to the appropriate personnel
* Perform data entry tasks accurately and efficiently, maintaining up-to-date records
* Utilise Microsoft Office and Google Workspace for document creation, spreadsheets, and presentations
* Assist with bookkeeping tasks using QuickBooks, including invoicing and expense tracking
* Organise files and documents for easy retrieval, ensuring confidentiality where necessary
* Support team members with administrative tasks as needed, fostering collaboration within the office
* Maintain office supplies inventory and order new materials when required
Experience
* Previous office experience is essential, with a focus on administrative roles
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Google Workspace applications
* Familiarity with QuickBooks is highly desirable
* Strong typing skills with attention to detail in data entry tasks
* Excellent organisational skills to manage multiple tasks efficiently
* Demonstrated clerical experience with a focus on maintaining accurate records
* Strong phone etiquette and interpersonal skills to communicate effectively with clients and colleagues
