Duties
* Assist the Campus Estates and Health & Safety Manager in providing an effective facilities and maintenance service.
* Deputise for the Campus Estates and Health & Safety Manager as required.
* Contribute to a safe, clean and well-maintained environment for staff, learners, customers and visitors to the College.
* Supervise and Cover onsite Estates staff and supervise contractors as required.
Skills/Experience
* Experience of maintenance and facilities operations
* Knowledge and understanding of health and safety
* Experience of managing and supervising other staff
* Experience of dealing with suppliers and service providers
Qualifications
* GCSE Math’s and English - Grade C and above
* IOSH Managing Safely
* Management or supervisory and Leadership skills qualification
* Facilities and/or maintenance trade qualification desirable

* Use of basic Microsoft Office tools (Word, Excel, Outlook etc.)
