Support Worker – Paediatric Brain Injury (2:1)

We are recruiting male and female Support Workers to provide 2:1 support for a 13‑year‑old young person with a brain injury in Bury. This is a hands‑on, child‑focused role suited to active, socially confident individuals.
The Role
* 2:1 support at home, in school, and in the community
* Supporting social activities, sports, music, and outings
* Following an individual rehabilitation support plan
* Maintaining full focus on the young person at all times
Clinical Support
* Brain injury care
* Dystonia support
* Observations
* Use of splints
(Full training provided)
Shifts
* Up to 93 hours per week (ICB funded)
* 7 days per week
* Mon–Fri: 07:00–16:00 / 07:00–19:00
* 5 nights during secondary school term

* Male or female applicants
* Driver essential (manual preferred)
* Fit, proactive, and confident with young people
* Reliable, attentive, and professional
