The Role:
As a RGN, RMN or RNLD, you will:
* Deliver high-quality, evidence-based nursing care.
* Support residents with a range of mental health needs, learning disabilities, or complex behaviours.
* Lead shifts, supervise care staff, and contribute to care planning.
* Promote a positive, respectful, and inclusive environment for residents and staff.
* Work collaboratively with families, healthcare professionals, and external agencies.
What We're Looking For:
* A current NMC registration as RMN or RNLD.
* A passion for person-centred care and a strong understanding of mental health or learning disability nursing
* Excellent communication and leadership skills.
* Ability to manage challenging situations with empathy and professionalism.
About Us
Eltisley Manor is our 37-bed registered psychiatric nursing care home located near to St-Neots town centre (Cambridgeshire). The building is divided into different specialist areas caring for men and women aged 18+ suffering from enduring mental health issues and for those people nearing the end of their rehabilitation towards independent living.
