We’re currently working with a valued client who is seeking a Site Manager to oversee a 4+ week refurbishment project in Brighton – converting an office block into modern residential apartments.
This is a hands-on, fast-paced freelance role ideal for a Site Manager who takes pride in site presentation, team leadership, and most importantly, strong health & safety management.

Project: Office block to apartment conversion

Location: Brighton
*
Duration: Minimum 4 weeks, potential extension
*
Start Date: Immediate
*
Rate: Competitive (CIS available)
🔧 Key Responsibilities:
*
Leading the day-to-day site operations
*
Managing and motivating labourers and subcontractors
*
Ensuring strict compliance with health & safety regulations
*
Reporting progress to the client/project manager
*
Maintaining a clean and efficient site
👷♂️ Requirements:
*
Proven experience as a Site Manager on similar refurb projects
*
Excellent knowledge of health and safety practices
*
SMSTS (essential)
*
First Aid (preferred)
*
Strong leadership and communication skills
*
Able to take initiative and drive productivity on site
