Salary: £38,000 - £44,000 (Dependent on experience) + Excellent Benefits & Overtime
Patch: Regional Local Patch (No Central London Work)
The Opportunity
Are you an experienced Field Service Engineer looking for a regional role without Central London travel? We are representing a market‑leading, globally recognized manufacturer of premium commercial washing equipment. Known for their engineering excellence and top‑tier build quality, they pride themselves on looking after their engineers with realistic regional patches, excellent training, and a fantastic work‑life balance. Due to continued growth, our client is seeking a skilled Field Service Engineer based ideally in or around the GU or RG postcode area to support their client base.
What You'll Be Doing
As a Field Service Engineer, you will be the face of the company, attending commercial and hospitality sites (restaurants, hotels, corporate headquarters, and schools) to maintain high‑end equipment.
* Fault‑finding, servicing, and repairing commercial washing systems.
* Providing exceptional customer service to their clients.
* Managing your own van stock and working efficiently across a dedicated local/regional patch.
What We Are Looking For
* Strong Electrical Skills: Must have proven experience, ideally working with 3‑phase electrical systems.
* Mechanical Aptitude: Solid experience with pumps, hydraulics, or general mechanical components.
* Experience: A background in commercial catering, warewashing, white goods, or laundry equipment is desirable (though engineers from electro‑mechanical backgrounds with 3‑phase experience will be considered).
* License: A full UK driving licence.
