We’re seeking a strong, motivated Chef de Partie to join the kitchen team at a lively and well-established pub in the heart of Aviemore, within the Cairngorms National Park. This is a fast-paced, high-energy kitchen serving elevated pub classics in a venue known for its atmosphere, reputation and consistently busy trade.
This role is ideal for a chef who enjoys volume, thrives in a close-knit team and is looking for a lifestyle change that combines solid earnings with one of Scotland’s best outdoor locations.

£60 per week (no dogs)

Run starters and desserts to a consistently high standard

Work efficiently during high-volume services

Maintain excellent organisation, prep and section control

Uphold high standards of hygiene, cleanliness and food safety

Support teammates and contribute to a positive kitchen culture
*
Work collaboratively in a small team during busy split-shift services
