PRE LITIGATION FILE HANDLER - INDUSTRIAL DEAFNESS BLACKBURN SALARY DEPENDENT ON EXPERIENCE Elite Touch are excited to be working with their well established client who are seeking an experienced file handler to join their busy friendly team. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES: Case Management Manage a caseload of pre litigated industrial deafness and NIHL claims. Draft and submit correspondence and legal documents. Maintain accurate records and progress files efficiently Gather and review medical evidence Validate and assess claims Provide high levels of client care and communication throughout the claim process KEY ATTRIBUTES: Minimum 12-18 months experience handling pre lit claims Excellent negotiation, organisational and time management skills A proactive client focused attitude with great attention to detail Experience with a case management system This role is an ideal opportunity for an experienced Personal Industry to specialise in NIHL cases
