Beanstalk seeks a Licensing Coordinator to join our team in London. The role will support the development and growth of our Automotive clients’ licensing programmes in the Toys & Collectibles and Video Games categories. Responsibilities include: Support account teams in every aspect of the development of licensing programmes Assist day-to-day management of licensees’ programmes (product, distribution, marketing) including participation in client/licensee calls and meetings Own coordination and tracking of all licensee product development and approvals Research product categories, trends, and industries Develop and manage lists of potential partners Assist in the development of sales materials and presentation Identify and source prospective new licensees, including attendance at key tradeshows Support sales initiatives and have the ability to confidently conduct outreach to manufacturers Assist in negotiating new license agreements and managing contract process flow Coordinate and participate in licensees business reviews, handle actions and recap for these meetings Collect and analyse licensee financial forecasts Support day-to-day needs of internal Business Unit, clients and licensees We are seeking a candidate with at least one year of experience in a related role, preferably with licensing experience or a background in a sales-oriented environment. This role suits a candidate with a keen automotive interest, and a passion for toys, collectibles and video games. Candidate must have strong communication, writing, and organisational skills, plus advanced knowledge of PowerPoint and Excel. The successful candidate will be detail-oriented, highly engaged, and a self-starter with strong interpersonal skills to interact with high-level executives.
