This service supports young people with Physical Disabilities, Learning Disabilities, and Autism. Key Responsibilities
* Deliver compassionate, high-quality care, including personal care and medication administration, tailored to each young person's needs.
* Mentor and guide support workers, setting a positive example to maintain exceptional care standards.
* Create a warm, safe home environment that fosters growth, recovery, and confidence.
* Build strong, trusting relationships with young people to support their emotional and social development.
* Work closely with the Registered Manager to provide therapeutic, individualised care.
* Contribute to a positive, inclusive team culture that empowers every child to succeed.
About You
* Essential:
o Minimum of 12 months' experience in a children's residential setting.
o Level 3 Diploma in Children and Young People (or equivalent).
o Full UK Driving Licence.
o A caring, resilient, and adaptable approach with a passion for supporting young people.
o Flexibility to work shifts, including sleep-ins.
o Experience in a senior or mentoring role in a care setting.
o Knowledge of supporting young people with disabilities or autism.
