Job Summary
Care Assistant – Bank shift (8pm-8am) at West Wood Care Home, Sheringham.
Job Responsibilities
* Deliver high‑standards of personal care to residents, supporting continuity of services.
* Assist residents with all personal hygiene tasks, ensuring optimal independence, dignity and respect.
* Recognise and understand clinical risk areas – weight loss, pressure sores, risk of falls, signs of infection – and escalates any identified risks promptly.
* Act courteously towards residents and visitors, respecting their dignity and individuality.
* Practice safe systems of work across the range of tasks.
About You
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
* Initiative, respect for residents and colleagues, efficient worker able to follow reasonable instructions.
* Adaptable and flexible, able to cover a range of responsibilities at short notice.

* Experience not required – induction and training provided.
