As BIM Coordinator, you will be a key member of the Design Technology team, supporting architects and designers on complex, large-scale projects. Your role will ensure BIM workflows run seamlessly and models meet the highest standards.
Responsibilities:
* Support project teams in implementing BIM workflows and tools, primarily Autodesk Revit
* Provide technical assistance and liaise with the BIM Manager on standards and processes
* Set up projects, maintain BIM models, and ensure compliance with project-specific requirements
* Conduct BIM coordination exercises and deliver training to team members
* Monitor model performance and quality, ensuring adherence to studio standards
Skills & Qualifications:
* Degree in Architecture or Architectural Technology
* Advanced proficiency in Autodesk Revit; Revit certification preferred
* Knowledge of Dynamo and Navisworks highly beneficial
* Familiarity with Common Data Environments and legacy CAD practices
* Experience delivering projects to BIM standards with QA processes
* Excellent communication skills and a proactive approach
