Support Worker - Integrated Day Services Supporting adults with assessed care and support needs, including people with learning disabilities and older people Working with individuals who may have autism, dementia, distressed behaviour or complex health conditions Assisting with daily activities and helping people take part in meaningful and creative activities Supporting the day-to-day running of integrated day service teams Requirements Experience working in adult social care supporting people with complex needs (e.g. residential care, homecare, supported living) Moving and Handling training Dementia Awareness training Good understanding of safeguarding and safe practice Good communication and basic IT skills Health and Social Care NVQ Level 2/3 desirable Additional Information 5 days a week, day service hours Fully on-site role Initial 6-month contract with potential extension Enhanced DBS required Start ASAP
