Job Description
As a Senior Graphic Designer, you will contribute to the entire lifecycle of a project, from concept to completion, working closely with the Design and Production Teams. This role requires a conceptual thinker who can confidently articulate ideas and bring them to life across diverse spaces. Previous experience in illustration and environmental graphic design is crucial, with examples of these projects and your creative process showcased in your portfolio. You will have the freedom to explore creative solutions within client deliverables, researching themes, creating concepts and artwork, and liaising with the production team. You will work under a Lead Designer or Design Director on 2-3 projects weekly, ranging from reception pieces to large-scale schemes with multiple artworks. You will review and develop ideas with your seniors, present to clients and stakeholders, and finalize designs for production. Additionally, time is allocated for Creative Cuisine—half a day each month to visit galleries or pursue creative interests to stay inspired.
The Successful Applicant
Experience as a senior graphic designer in a similar role, with strong expertise in environmental branding and translating 2D designs into 3D spaces.
