About The Role
As a Sales Engineer UK, you will be responsible for leading the overall capture strategy, offer development, and contract negotiation processes for opportunities under $5M, including formal offers and budgetary estimates.
You will report to the Sr Director Sales and be located at Springfields.
Key Responsibilities
1. Meet sales targets by growing a sales pipeline and collaborating with accounts and products.
2. Achieve financial objectives like Margin As-Sold, Order Entry, and pipeline growth.
3. Maintain technical and sales knowledge to support product portfolio needs.
4. Lead interface with the Customer Solution Manager.
5. Support opportunity development from identification to contract closure.
6. Update CRM weekly to manage the pipeline from bid to contract.
7. Develop relationships with internal and external customer personnel.
8. Maintain knowledge of Westinghouse products and services.
9. Lead sales strategies and offer development, including risk management and pricing strategies.
Qualifications
1. Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint, SharePoint, D365, PowerBI, PRIME, SAP, Adobe Pro.
2. Understanding of Westinghouse roles, responsibilities, and policies.
3. Commercial acumen and project management skills.
4. Knowledge of nuclear utility buying practices.
5. Limited domestic travel may be required.
