It is seeking an experienced Business Development Manager to drive growth within its Residential Conveyancing department. The Role Generate new business and referral streams for residential conveyancing Build and maintain relationships with estate agents, mortgage brokers and key partners Identify and develop new business opportunities within the property sector Work closely with internal teams to monitor and optimise referral performance Meet and exceed business development targets Represent the firm at networking and industry events About You Proven background in business development or sales within the property sector Strong understanding of residential conveyancing and the property market Experience in the legal sector Excellent relationship-building and networking skills Target-driven with strong negotiation and presentation abilities What's on Offer?
