THE ROLE:
An opportunity has arisen for a well:rounded Commercial Litigation Solicitor to join a leading team and handle a varied caseload of commercial litigation matters. You will be acting on behalf of a range of clients and be advising on all types of matters associated with commercial litigation including breach of contract claims, professional negligence, injunctions and shareholder disputes. Joining a tier 1 team, you will be driven and ambitious and be looking for a role where you can see your career flourish.
THE CANDIDATE:
Applications are welcomed from Solicitors or Legal Executives who have at least 12 months experience in dealing with commercial litigation related matters. You will have gained relevant experience within a firm recognised for their commercial litigation offerings.
