* Practical Laboratory Leadership: Coordinate and execute safe, engaging biological experiments and field investigations, ensuring pupils master microscopy, aseptic techniques, data collection, and safety protocols.
* Academic Progress Monitoring: Implement rigorous formative and summative assessment routines, utilising pupil tracking data to design sharp, targeted interventions that bridge conceptual learning gaps.
* Examination Preparation: Guide examination cohorts systematically through the demands of terminal GCSE and A-Level specifications, maximising progress outcomes and analytical essay-writing skills.
* Pastoral Care Integration: Undertake full form tutor responsibilities, managing daily registration, monitoring pupil attendance, and delivering the school's structured personal development units.
