Join our Finance Team in Palethorpes, Market Drayton - Fixed Term Contract!
We are excited to offer an opportunity for an experienced Senior Management Accountant to join us on a 6-month fixed-term contract.
Reporting to the Finance Manager, you will analyze site financial performance and support the team in developing and improving relevant projects to meet business needs.

Working Hours:
This is a hybrid role, with working hours Monday to Thursday from 8:30 am to 5:00 pm, and Friday from 8:30 am to 4:00 pm.
Your Duties:
* Assist in reporting site performance.
* Support and deputize for the Finance Manager as needed.
* Interrogate ERP system data.
* Manage master data, including BOMs, standard costs, and pricing.
* Analyze financial performance to aid decision-making.
* Prepare daily and weekly KPI and variance reports.
* Conduct stock reporting and variance investigations.
* Assist in monthly management accounting and variance commentary.
* Post and calculate accruals and prepayments.
* Reconcile monthly balance sheets for review.
* Track capital project spending and benefits.
* Gather financial data for post-investment appraisals.
Your Skills and Experience:
* Qualified (CIMA, ACCA, ICAEW, etc.)
* Self-motivated problem solver capable of working independently.
* Strong numerical and analytical skills.
* Advanced Excel skills.
* Excellent communication skills, comfortable liaising with stakeholders at all levels.
* ERP system knowledge.
* Experience in FMCG sector.
* Continuous improvement mindset.
* Resilient and determined.
* Results-oriented with attention to detail.
* Confident, proactive, and adaptable.
* High integrity and trustworthy.
