As an Administrator, you will be an integral part of The Manor, Oxford Hospital team. You will provide excellent patient care & work closely with Patients, Radiographers, Radiologists, Consultants & all departments across the Nuffield Hospital. You will have enthusiasm, dedication, commitment and a keen eye for attention to detail to provide and deliver a high quality diagnostic imaging service whist undertaking a wide variety of duties.
As an Administrator you will:
1. Support the pre-assessment department
2. Provide a first class customer service
3. Attend & book appointments for patients
4. Answer face to face and telephone enquiries
5. Take payments
6. Be a part of a dynamic and friendly team
To succeed as an Administrator you will:
7. Have great people skills with the ability to treat patients with compassion and empathy
8. Ability to manage, appraise and interpret the right data, and to present it in a timely and professional manner
9. Have good IT and keyboard skills
10. Have experience within an administrative or customer facing environment
11. Have knowledge of medical terminology (Desirable)
