Assistant Site Manager Brighton (Education / Residential)
We re recruiting for an Assistant Site Manager to join a well:regarded main contractor on a GBP 25m education/residential scheme in Brighton.
This is a fantastic opportunity to join a business known for delivering high:quality projects and for developing people internally. You ll be working as part of a strong site team on a live project involving new:build dormitory buildings for a prestigious independent school, alongside refurbishment and cut:and:carve elements.
What they re looking for:
Previous experience in an Assistant Site Manager or similar site:based role Experience working for a principal contractor Ideally some exposure to new build, with an understanding of refurbishment / cut:and:carve Driven, proactive and eager to learn Strong work ethic and a team:first attitude Good character, reliable and keen to progress
