We are currently looking to recruit an experienced and commercially astute Operations Manager to join our busy cold store operation during a period of growth. This role involves working 40 hours a week, predominantly Monday to Friday but our operation is 24/7 and there will be an expectation to take urgent calls outside of your working day and respond to emergencies at site, to ensure the site remains operational. Reporting to the Regional General Manager, this role would suit a confident warehouse and people manager as this role will be vital within the operation to manage the whole process, to ensure that we can keep food supply chain flowing. The role involves actively ensuring that our site is functional and compliant, and you will be expected to challenge and drive productivity to maximise profit. The role is truly collaborative and you, therefore, must be able to effectively communicate with managers at board level, customers, and employees. The closing date for this role is 19th April 2026.
