Welder mig/tig

We are seeking a skilled MIG/TIG Welders to join our manufacturing team. The ideal candidate will have experience in TIG/MIG welding and a solid understanding of fabrication processes, particularly with sheet metal. Location Bletchley MK1 Salary £30,000-£36,000 per annum Start Date ASAP Duties * Carry out welding on a range of materials, including stainless steel, aluminium, and mild steel * Use hand tools, power tools, and welding equipment to assemble, fabricate, and repair metal structures and parts * Read and interpret technical drawings, blueprints, and schematics to guide welding tasks * Conduct quality checks on welded components for consistency, strength, and finish quality * Assist in the assembly process by fitting and securing parts as required * Maintain a clean and organised work environment, adhering to health and safety regulations at all times * Operate fabrication machinery and hand tools efficiently to support production workflows Skills * Proven experience in TIG/MIG welding * Proficiency with hand tools, power tools, and welding equipment * Mechanical aptitude with understanding of fabrication processes and assembly procedures * Ability to interpret technical drawings, blueprints, and schematics accurately * Basic mathematical skills for measurements and calculations during fabrication tasks * Good organisational skills with attention to detail to ensure high-quality welds ...
