We’re hiring an ambitious and commercially minded Assistant Sales Manager to join a fast-growing global sourcing business working with leading fashion retail teams across Home.
This is a high-impact role where you’ll combine trend awareness, commercial instinct and relationship-building skills to help drive product growth across international sourcing markets.
What You’ll Be Doing
1. Identifying new sales and product opportunities across childrenswear
2. Analysing market trends and customer demand to support growth strategies
3. Collaborating with product and sourcing teams to bring ideas to life
4. Presenting and selling product concepts confidently to key stakeholders
5. Supporting negotiations, critical path management and supplier coordination
6. Travelling internationally for customer meetings and market visits
What We’re Looking For
7. Background in Buying, Merchandising, Sourcing or Product Development
8. Strong commercial awareness and negotiation skills
9. Passion for product and fashion trends
10. Organised, proactive and able to manage multiple priorities
11. Confident communicator with strong relationship-building ability
12. Positive, adaptable mindset with a willingness to learn and grow
