Document Controller – Civil Engineering

An established civil engineering business with a strong pipeline of work in the energy sector is seeking an experienced Document Controller to join their team on a permanent basis. This is a full-time, office-based role, supporting pre-construction and design phases, with the opportunity to visit local project sites to gain a better understanding of operations.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage and maintain project documentation to ensure accuracy, version control, and accessibility
Support design and pre-construction teams with documentation and administrative needs
Assist with general admin tasks, including timesheet coordination
Liaise with internal teams and external stakeholders to support smooth project delivery
Requirements:
Experience with Autodesk Construction Cloud (ACC) is highly desirable
Experience with other document control software will also be considered
Strong attention to detail and excellent organisational skills
Previous experience in a construction or engineering environment preferred
Proactive and professional approach to working in a team environment
