Registered Manager – Domiciliary Care
Location: Chelford
Salary: £40,000 + Bonus + On call retainer
A fantastic opportunity has arisen for an experienced and motivated Registered Manager to lead a high-quality domiciliary care service based in Chelford. The service holds an Outstanding CQC rating and is proud of its strong local reputation.
We’re seeking someone organised, proactive, and personable — a manager able to maintain exceptional service standards, lead a supportive team, and confidently take the reins of a well-established service.
What We’re Looking For:
Minimum of 1 year’s experience as a Registered Manager in domiciliary care
NVQ Level 5 in Health & Social Care (or willing to work towards)
Strong leadership, organisation, and communication skills
Comfortable managing a private client base
A quick learner with the ability to adapt and lead effectivelyPackage Includes:
£40,000 basic salary
Performance-related bonus scheme
Additional £4,200 on call retainer
