We're looking for a proactive and organised Community Sports Officer to help manage and promote our Sports Centre and All-Weather Pitch facilities. You'll play a key role in developing community football programmes, managing lettings, and supporting enrichment activities for students and local users.
Responsibilities
 * Promote and manage the All-Weather Pitch and Sports Centre facilities
 * Act as main contact for community users, clubs, and partners
 * Coordinate leagues, events, and sports development programmes
 * Support enrichment activities and fitness suite inductions
 * Oversee bookings, finances, and administration for facility lettings
 * Lead and organise casual staff rotas and timesheets
 * Maintain high standards of health, safety, and facility upkeep
 * Carry out keyholder, security, and maintenance duties as required
Qualifications
 * Level 3 qualification in Sport or Business Studies (or equivalent)
 * FA Level 1 in Coaching Football (minimum)
 * Experience in facility operations, customer service, or sports development
 * Confident communicator with good IT and social media skills
 * Flexible and well-organised - some evening and weekend work required
 * First Aid and Fitness Instructor qualifications are desirable
