We're seeking a proactive and enthusiastic eCommerce Executive to join the growing, fast paced eCommerce Division at our Head Office in Halesowen.
About the role
This is a varied position which oversees the functionality, user experience, and performance of the company's e-commerce platform, ensuring the websites are optimised for B2B and B2C sales.
In a typical day you could be setting up online customer catalogues, leading on your own projects or putting your developer skills to good use.
You'll be supporting our 50+ branches around the UK and their new customer set up's, offering web-based solutions and leading on customer demos when needed.
You'll collaborate with developers to ensure the platform is secure, fast, and user-friendly
We'll help you to develop knowledge and understanding of all internal systems and processes, with an emphasis on our eCommerce platform and MDM system.

What we're looking for;
An understanding of e-commerce platforms, for example Netalogue, Magento, Shopware, or similar
Knowledge of SEO, SEM, PPC, and digital marketing strategies including social media and email marketing
An understanding of e-commerce platforms, for example Netalogue, Magento, Shopware, or similar
Knowledge of MRO/Engineering products is desirable, however not essential.
Confident with all Microsoft Office packages particularly Excel and Outlook.
Knowledge of SQL/HTML/CSS/JS or other web development skills.
Ideally be experienced in managing Punchout catalogues and working with such procurement platforms as SAP Ariba, Coupa, Jaggaer, Oracle or similar.
Excellent communication, time management and organisational skills and can work to deadlines and targets.
Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to handle multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
Strong written and verbal communication skills (especially for email and chat support)
