Property Manager We are the Housing Network (THN), a purpose-led organisation working in partnership with the YMCA to support our communities. We are in an exciting period of growth and are looking for experienced and passionate people to help us support vulnerable individuals and families experiencing homelessness. We are seeking a Property Manager to work as part of a team that arranges placements from over 100 Local Authority Partners across self-contained and HMO properties. You will be liaising with our office team and be responsible for ensuring the reservations operate as smoothly and effectively as possible. What you'll be doing Property Operations Conducting check out reports and collecting the keys once a tenant vacates a property. Conducting periodic property inspections, reporting any issues back to the head office. Ability to deal with complex and vulnerable clientele. Lone working role with a flexible approach is a must together with a love of driving. Allowing access for contractors and councils. Recording meter readings and facilitating meter top ups. Ability to follow daily instruction from the office in order to meet deadlines. Completing Fire Risk Assessments. Stakeholder Management & Partnerships Build and maintain strong relationships to ensure service quality and repeat bookings. Identify opportunities to improve services and expand partnerships. Manage resident relationships to ensure high satisfaction. Provide regular updates and report to the office on property performance, risks and opportunities. Revenue & Business Performance Maximise revenue through providing an efficient move in process. Strategic Contribution Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless service delivery. Play a key role in THN's strategy to grow to 10,000 units by 2029. What you'll receive Salary - £28,000 23 days of annual leave Blue Light Card Referral programme - £500 for a successful referral!
