About the Role
We’re looking for motivated Production Operatives to join our client’s busy team in Smethwick. This is a hands-on role with excellent training and development opportunities. You’ll begin by working on disassembly and refurbishment before progressing into full production and assembly work.
Key Responsibilities

Dismantling returned products for refurbishment

Cleaning, preparing, and refurbishing items to company standards
*
Assisting in production and assembly tasks once trained
*
Following health and safety procedures at all times
*
Maintaining a clean and organised work area
