VANRATH are delighted to be partnering with a leading media and publishing organisation in the Enniskillen area, currently seeking a Sales Development Executive to join their commercial team. This is an excellent opportunity for a driven sales professional with a passion for media, advertising, and helping businesses connect with their audiences across both print and digital platforms.
The Role
As Business Development Executive, you will play a key part in driving commercial growth by identifying and developing new business opportunities, managing client relationships, and delivering creative advertising solutions that achieve results.
This is mainly office-based, but expenses are provided for any client visits that may be needed.
Key Responsibilities
* Research and analyse market trends to identify new prospects
* Build and maintain a strong sales pipeline through networking and client engagement
* Develop tailored advertising proposals across print and digital platforms
* Present and negotiate campaigns to maximise revenue and client satisfaction
* Work closely with marketing, editorial, and production teams to ensure campaign success
* Track and report on performance metrics, using insights to improve future results
* Represent the company at networking events and industry functions
Qualifications
* Previous experience in business development or sales, ideally within media, advertising, or marketing
* Strong communication, relationship-building, and negotiation skills
* Highly organised with strong attention to detail
* Self-motivated and results-focused, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team
* Proficient in CRM systems and Microsoft Office
* Degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (desirable but not essential)
