Sales and Administrative Support Officer

No day is the same at Hot Tomato 102.9, and an exciting opportunity has arisen to join our sales support team. The role of Sales and Administrative Support Officer is responsible for assisting the sales team as well as providing general administrative support for the station and our wider team.
About The Role:
* Manage office communication for everyday operational needs.
* Provide administrative support for the sales team and General Manager.
* Assist the Sales Team to prepare and implement bookings, material instructions, creative, and promotions.
* Coordinate the workplace experience, including team events, awards, and incentives.
* Answer incoming calls, allocate prizes, and update online events and listings.
About You:
* A minimum of 6-12 months experience in a similar admin role. You’ll have intermediate/advanced skills in MS Office, excellent communication, attention to detail, and be self-motivated.
* You’ll be highly organized, able to learn ARN products and systems quickly, and comfortable working to deadlines.
* If you meet all the above criteria and want to work in a fun, dynamic, fast-paced environment with a great team, then this is the role for you.
* Experience with applications such as Sales Force and Aquira is highly regarded but not essential.
