Our multi‑disciplined teams provide a number of property services to our clients, undertaking a wide range of projects including residential, commercial and educational of varying size and complexity, resulting in innovative, sustainable and commercially viable delivery.
Main Responsibilities
* Liaise with the civil engineering team to plan workload and resource.
* Completion of the Planned Programme to agreed cost and time targets.
* Support the delivery of high quality management and delivery of projects and programmes to the required quality, cost and agreed timescales.
* Achieve successful client relationships.
* Ensure that clients receive the best professional advice by liaising with clients, heads of establishment and end users.
* Maintain good quality project files and records; update systems and financial reports.
* Responsible for identifying new business opportunities.
* Fee earning at 90% and contribute to the achievement of business plan objectives and targets.
* This role requires frequent travel to other offices and sites as required.
* Carry out duties appropriate to the grade of the post.
* Promote continuous improvement and deliver demonstrable high quality products and services which embrace quality standards.
Skills and Knowledge
* Proficient in the use of Microsoft Office Suite.
* Familiar with relevant construction, health and safety legislation and risks and hazards associated with asbestos.
* Experience in a similar or related role.
* Graduate membership of the Institution of Civil Engineers.
* Degree or equivalent in an engineering‑related discipline.
* Holds a current site card or is prepared to immediately attain one.
An enhanced DBS check will be required for our successful candidate; payment will be met by the employer.
