Oversee day-to-day spa operations, including bookings, scheduling, therapist performance, and guest service. Ensure the spa is clean, safe, well-maintained, and compliant with all health, safety, and hygiene regulations. Create and manage treatment menus, promotional offers, and seasonal wellness packages in collaboration with the wider hospitality and marketing teams. Manage spa inventory and ordering of stock and supplies, ensuring effective cost control and supplier relations. Recruit, train, and develop team members, providing ongoing coaching, performance reviews, and support. Manage the spa’s P&L, tracking KPIs such as treatment revenue, retail sales, therapist utilisation, and guest satisfaction. Act as the main point of contact for guest feedback, resolving any issues professionally and promptly. Coordinate with other departments (e.g., Events, Membership, F&B) to offer wellness experiences that enhance member satisfaction. What we are looking for Minimum 3–5 years’ experience in spa management within a luxury hotel, wellness retreat, or members club. Recognised qualification in spa therapy, wellness, or beauty therapy (e.g., CIBTAC, CIDESCO, ITEC). Proven leadership and operational experience, including team development and KPI delivery. Deep understanding of luxury guest service and premium wellness trends. Fluent in English, with strong written and verbal communication skills. IT literacy including spa booking systems, Microsoft Office, and reporting tools.
