Warehouse Operative
* Annual Salary: GBP26,000 - GBP28,000 (depending on experience)

Join a very successful and progressing company based in RG2 as a Warehouse Operative. This role is ideal for someone who is reliable, loyal, and looking for an opportunity to progress within a dynamic environment. Experience as a Forklift Driver is beneficial but not essential.
Day-to-day of the role:
* Handling goods in and out, ensuring efficient stock management and storage.
* Picking and packing orders accurately and preparing them for dispatch.
* Loading goods for dispatch and unloading incoming goods.
* Maintaining quality control checks to ensure high standards are met.
* Ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations within the warehouse.
* Liaising with different departments to ensure smooth operations.
* Participating in inventory counts and maintaining accurate records.
* Working standard hours from 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM with opportunities for overtime on weekends.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
* Excellent attitude towards work, with a reliable and loyal character.
* Strong organisational and time management skills.
* Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
* Good physical fitness, capable of handling manual tasks including lifting and standing for long periods.
* Forklift driving skills are beneficial but not essential.
* Keen eye for detail and commitment to quality.
* Effective communication skills for liaising with various departments.
