Join Cooper Parry as a Payroll Assistant.
About The Role
Our Payroll team is looking for an experienced and talented individual to join them as they embark on their next phase of growth. If you have a passion for what you do, making a difference, and want to work for a truly unique firm, then we would love to hear from you.
As a Payroll Team Member, you will be supporting the team to ensure payrolls are processed accurately and efficiently in line with client deadlines – preparing salaries, processing auto-enrolment, and completing statutory calculations and cost reconciliations for multiple payrolls. We’re a national team, giving you the flexibility to work from any of our UK hubs. Travel to an office is required once a week.
About You
As a Payroll Assistant, you’ll need to have great interpersonal and customer service skills to effectively liaise with other departments, stakeholders, and external clients, as well as the ability to oversee a team and support with the implementation of new processes and procedures. You will be organised and have incredible attention to detail, as well as:
* 1-2 years’ experience working in a payroll environment
* Experience with Paycircle is preferred, or alternatively experience with multiple payroll software
* Ideally have experience of working within a professional services firm
