Front of House Manager | Full Time

The Role |
As a Front of House Manager, you will be a leader passionate about creating a positive environment for guests and team members. You will support continuous coaching and development, drive restaurant performance, and deliver excellent results.
Responsibilities include:
* Supporting and developing your team to maintain high standards
* Planning and managing shifts to ensure proper coverage and team engagement
* Managing labour and rotas, understanding the financial performance of the restaurant
* Celebrating team successes and recognizing individual needs
