The Projects & Minor Works Co-ordinator will lead and co-ordinate a varied portfolio of capital projects and minor works across the St Andrews Links Trust estate. The role is responsible for ensuring that facilities remain safe, compliant, well-presented, and fit for purpose for ticketholders, visitors, staff, and tenants.
Reporting to the Head of Projects, you will support the Estates department in the planning and delivery of projects and building works, contributing to the achievement of the organisation’s strategic ambitions and objectives. You will play a key role in balancing operational requirements with customer expectations, ensuring works are delivered efficiently, effectively, and to a consistently high standard.
