What you’ll be doing
- Leading discovery and scoping for new initiatives
- Designing end-to-end processes aligned to customer journeys
- Defining functional and non-functional requirements (including data and reporting needs)
- Collaborating with delivery teams to break work into epics and features
- Driving capability maturity assessments and operating model design
- Presenting insights and recommendations to senior stakeholders
- Ensuring solutions are robust through “unhappy path” analysis
- Supporting defect triage and resolution during delivery
You’ll need to have
- Proven experience in a Business Analyst role within a complex or matrixed environment
- Strong process design, requirements management, and stakeholder engagement skills
- A data-driven mindset - able to shape reporting solutions and influence decisions
- Experience using tools like JIRA, Confluence, and process mapping software
- Familiarity with Agile delivery and MVP/MMP development
- Confidence working across senior stakeholders to challenge, influence, and align priorities
