We are working with a market-leading law firm based in Belfast for a Solicitor to join their Corporate team.
The Role:
The successful candidate will join a successful corporate team, advising on areas including M&A, corporate restructurings, buy-outs, private equity, corporate governance, joint ventures, and more.
The individual will work with the firm’s real estate, commercial, and employment teams on various transactions. The candidate will work with leading clients, including many investment funds.
Essential Criteria:
* 0-10 years’ PQE;
* Corporate background;
* Excellent academics;
* Technically excellent;
* Strong communication skills;
* Ability to work independently and as a team;
* Strong work ethic.
