Base pay range

Location: Remote with weekly office presence in Teddington, UK

Salary: £30,224 FTE (£18,134 pro rata for 21 hours per week)

Contract: 12-month fixed term, part-time (21 hours per week)


Overview

Our client is seeking a Media Team Assistant to join their communications department. This role offers the opportunity to support an active and high-profile media function that secures impactful coverage about the organisation’s work worldwide.

This is a part-time, fixed-term role that combines remote flexibility with in-office collaboration one day per week.


Responsibilities

* Provide comprehensive administrative support to the media team across a range of projects.
* Assist with day-to-day operations to ensure the smooth running of the department.
* Contribute to the coordination of media-related activities and campaigns.
* Support the delivery of high-quality coverage through proactive organisation and communication.


Requirements

* Strong organisational skills and a keen eye for detail.
* Excellent communication abilities, both written and verbal.
* Ability to remain calm under pressure while managing competing priorities.
* Flexible, proactive, and enthusiastic team player with a solutions-focused approach.
* Experience in administration or media/communications support is advantageous.
