Exciting opportunity for a highly motivated individual to join the Networked Dialysis service at Barts Health NHS Trust.
Responsibilities
* Assist in delivering haemodialysis treatment and other care needs to patients under the supervision of a nurse associate and registered nurse.
* Provide individualised patient care by listening and communicating effectively with patients and the multi-professional team.
* Actively meet the needs of patients and the service under direct supervision of registered nurses, nurse associates and midwives.
* Develop essential competencies through training and practice to ensure safety and quality are prioritised.
