Overview
We are seeking dedicated and hardworking Construction Laborers to join our team. In this role, you will be an integral part of our construction projects, assisting skilled tradespeople and ensuring that work sites are safe and efficient. This position requires physical stamina, a strong work ethic, and a commitment to quality workmanship.
Duties
* Assist in the setup and cleanup of construction sites, including loading and unloading materials.
* Operate hand tools and power tools safely and effectively.
* Follow instructions from supervisors and skilled tradespeople to complete tasks efficiently.
* Perform general labor tasks such as digging, lifting, carrying, and moving materials.
* Maintain a clean and organized work environment to promote safety.
* Adhere to all safety protocols and regulations on the job site.
* Collaborate with team members to ensure project deadlines are met.
Requirements
* Previous experience in construction or related fields is preferred but not required.
* Ability to perform physical tasks, including lifting heavy objects (up to 50 pounds).
* Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality work.
* Basic knowledge of construction tools and equipment is a plus.
* Willingness to learn new skills and take direction from experienced workers.
* Reliable transportation to job sites is essential.
