The role will play a key part in recruiting, attracting and retaining St Giles volunteer workforce. They will lead and manage the volunteer lifecycle from start to end as well as providing ongoing support to Volunteer Leads and ensuring we are complaint with all procedures including safeguarding. The Group Volunteer Manager will play a pivotal role in designing and enhancing St Giles volunteering initiatives. They will play a vital role in significantly growing our volunteer workforce across clinical and non-clinical services. By fostering strong relationships with Volunteer Leads they will implement strategic plans and create meaningful opportunities for volunteers. They will be responsible for promoting a positive and engaged volunteer workforce across St Giles group. They will work closely with the Deputy Director of People and Organisational Development to shape and deliver the Volunteer Strategy and contribute to the development of a positive and inclusive organisational culture.
