Key responsibilities for the Senior Project Manager
* Lead delivery of major healthcare construction projects up to £30million in value from pre-construction through to handover.
* Manage client, clinical, and consultancy stakeholders to ensure alignment with project objectives.
* Oversee planning, design coordination, risk management and project reporting.
* Ensure health & safety, quality and sustainability in line with tier 1 construction standards.
* Guide and mentor site management teams, promoting a culture of collaboration and continuous improvement.
